## Outline to be completed

1. **Service.** OpenNomos provides tools and project memory to software agents operated by the user. TODO: definition of the service and the user's agent.
2. **Accounts and keys.** Users are responsible for keys and for what their agents do with them. TODO.
3. **Acceptable use.** The service reads public data and records the user's own notes. It does not post or message on the user's behalf. Users follow the rules of the platforms their agents act on. TODO: prohibited uses (spam, scraping circumvention, personal data).
4. **Third-party data.** Results come from third-party sources, are provided as is, may be incomplete or unavailable, and may contain untrusted text. TODO.
