- Project resolution order: explicit
project→X-OpenNomos-Projectheader → the credential's default project → the workspace default. An invalid explicit project is an error, not a fallback.
Errors
Rejected calls (bad input, unknown ids, rate limits) return message and code; over MCP the result has isError: true. See Errors.
